Terms of use

1. Purpose
Recall is a free beta of a coaching service for jungle players. It analyses your past games, obtained from Riot Games’ official API, and offers you a diagnostic and an improvement plan. By using the service, you accept these terms.
2. Access to the service
- You create an account with your email address. There’s no password: you log in with a link or a code sent by email.
- You link your account to a game account (EUW server) by giving its Riot ID and declaring that it’s yours. We never ask for your Riot password. Official sign-in with a Riot account (Riot Sign On) will replace this declaration as soon as Riot opens it to us.
- One Recall account corresponds to one player. You may only link game accounts that belong to you.
3. Free access and plans
The service is free during the beta. Any plans and prices announced on the site are given for information only. They create no commitment and may change. A free option will remain available. Any paid offer will be subject to separate terms, which you will accept before making any payment.
4. Nature of the advice
- The analyses are statistics about your games. They show associations, not causes: an observed link doesn’t prove that a change will have the same effect for you.
- We don’t guarantee any improvement or any rank.
- We don’t calculate any MMR estimate and don’t create any ranking that competes with the official ranking.
- We don’t offer any feature during a game. The service is for before and after your games.
- We only read ranked games (Solo/Duo), whose history is available through Riot Games’ official API. You agree to link only a game account that is yours.
5. Your obligations
- Keep your account personal and don’t share it.
- Don’t automate access to the service abusively (bots, mass requests, getting around the limits).
- Don’t try to disrupt the service or to access other users’ data.
- Comply with the terms of use of Riot Games and of the game.
6. Availability
The service is in beta. It may be interrupted, modified or reset without notice. The analyses are calculated by our engine from your real ranked games; features that aren’t available yet (game-by-game tracking, verdict) are marked as “under construction” in the interface and are never replaced with made-up numbers.
7. Intellectual property
The code, texts and logo of Recall belong to the publisher. Your analyses remain available for your personal use. The game’s visuals belong to Riot Games, Inc.; see the legal notice.
Recall isn’t endorsed by Riot Games and doesn’t reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games, and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.
8. Suspension and deletion
You can delete your account at any time on /app/compte. We may suspend or delete an account in the event of a breach of these terms, abuse, or a legal or technical requirement (for example, a decision by Riot Games). We will let you know by email when possible.
9. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect losses, for the unavailability of the service or for the use you make of the advice. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. The service depends on Riot Games’ API, which may change or stop.
10. Personal data
The processing of your data is described in the privacy policy and the cookies page.
11. Governing law and mediation
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, contact us first. You can then use the consumer mediator free of charge: information to come. Failing agreement, the French courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer.
12. Changes to the terms of use
We may change these terms. The date at the top of the page changes, and we will let you know by email of any significant change. Continuing to use the service after this period constitutes acceptance.
